I'm a career recruiter with more than 18 years of experience in executive search and in-house talent roles. I work exclusively with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to recruit and hire extraordinary people. My practice is driven by a deep belief in courageous leadership and a commitment to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable social sector.

As a Vice President and founding member at Commongood Careers (now Koya Leadership Partners), I was part of a team that served more than 250 nonprofits on 700+ searches nationwide. In addition to leading searches, I spearheaded a number of sector-building efforts, including managing a national survey report on nonprofit diversity entitled "The Voice of Nonprofit Talent: Perceptions of Diversity in the Workplace" and an event series for nonprofit leaders culminating in the report "Making Smart Investments in Human Capital."

Prior to DH Search, I served as the National Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Summer Search, a national, multi-site youth development organization. During my tenure, I led searches for a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Regional Executive Directors, and multiple senior-level development and program positions, as well as established a robust talent acquisition function for the entire organization.

A champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the nonprofit sector, I've had the privilege to participate in The Management Center's "Managing for Racial Equity, Inclusion, and Results," Interactive Institute for Social Change's "Fundamentals of Facilitation of Racial Justice Work," and Move to End Violence's "Racial Justice and Liberation." I dabble in writing articles about DEI, hiring, and nonprofits on Medium.com.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University. I live in the Boston area with my husband and two teenage sons. In my free time, I practice yoga, read in coffee shops, watch movies with my kids, and attempt to do the Sunday New York Times crossword.
