OUR PROMISE TO YOU
Search engagements are contracted for five months. If your hired candidate does not work out within four months of the hire date, we will re-open the search for a period of two months free of charge.
Salary shouldn't dictate what you pay your search firm. While most firms charge a fee of at least 30% of a first-year salary, we charge flat fees. Our fees are typically half of our competitors.
